Vondelgym: Morning Workout

Vondelgym is back in the house for another hard-core sweat sesh!

What's the use starting off those new year's resolutions if you don't keep 'em up? We feel you, and that’s why we’ve still got Vondelgym coming in on the reg to keep us in tip-top shape! Be prepared to jump, squat, lunge and stretch the morning away – these guys are all about tiny movements with hundreds of reps, and you will feel the burn.

Afterwards, refuel with a Hoxton breakie bag filled with our signature granola pot, orange juice and banana. You just got a reason to wake up early (ish) on the weekend!
